4. Fees and Billing

Fees for services, infoproducts, and goods are listed on our website. All charges are payable at the time of order. We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time, effective upon posting the changes on LohnVersePro.com.

5. Refund Policy

At LohnVersePro, we strive for client satisfaction. Our refund policy varies by offering:

5.1 Service Subscriptions

• Requests within 14 days of initial subscription may be eligible for a refund of service fees, minus any costs incurred.
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
• Services not yet delivered may be transferred to another eligible client upon request.
• Customized solutions explicitly commissioned are non-refundable, as they involve dedicated resources and planning.

5.2 Infoproducts

• Digital guides and training materials may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided no download has occurred.
• Once an infoproduct has been downloaded, no refund will be granted due to its intangible nature.

5.3 Goods

• Physical merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.
• Refunds for goods are issued within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

6. Transfer of Service

You may request the transfer of a service subscription to another party by contacting us at least 5 days before the next billing cycle. Approval is subject to verification and any outstanding fees.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or other policies at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
